Unity Aquatics offers a fresh approach to swimming and a special teaching system for instructors and coaches. You’ll learn our unique methods that help swimmers improve quickly, with precise progress tracking and helpful tools. These resources let you run friendly, welcoming sessions that make our program stand out. To manage classes, we ask that a parent or adult family member stay in the water or on the pool deck during lessons. This way, instructors do not have to handle uncooperative children on their own
Our founder, Director Andrew Eligon, and his team will help you get started right away. Most qualified candidates can begin working as a swimming instructor, coach, or lifeguard the next day. Director Eligon and his coaching staff offer daily support to all instructors in Florida. Unity Aquatics also plans to grow nationally and internationally.
Director Eligon’s team helps with video consultations for lesson planning, and you can request a senior coach or instructor to join your sessions for extra support. We want to help you become a top-rated instructor and reach your earning goals. If you have challenging students, our team is always ready to help and guide you as part of the Unity Aquatics community.

You have the flexibility to rent this equipment directly from Unity Aquatics or use your own waterproof camera.

Another reason why you want to join the Unity Aquatics Family:
Qualified instructors earn between $30 and $50 per hour, plus performance bonuses ranging from $20 to $100. Bonuses are given every four weeks, and winners are highlighted on our website and social media. Assistant instructors and trainees earn $15 to $17 per hour. We pay salaries every two weeks after you submit your completed lesson sheets. Once you’re hired and onboarded, upload your bank details to our website so we can pay you by Zelle or direct deposit.
