Swim Sales / Lifeguard Services Ambassador
Swim Lesson & Life Guard Services Sales Representative is the primary contact for clients seeking swimming lessons or Life Guard Services, promoting and enrolling them through the UA website or scheduling life guards for events. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling, managing customer registrations, and overcoming objections to meet sales goals. They use the Unity Aquatics Website daily to communicate with potential clients. UA requires high energy, strong communication, and someone who is warm and passionate about helping people. UA does not just sell swimming lessons; we sell lasting memories through our Aquatic programs, Life Saving Services, pool party services, and water games.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Enrollment: Actively convert inquiries into registrations via phone, email, and in-person, often focusing on "warm" leads rather than cold calling.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact, offering "WOW!" customer service, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Scheduling & Admin: Manage class schedules for new, returning, and makeup students, as well as birthday parties.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, front desk, and retail/snack areas.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to maximize enrollment.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to engage with families.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar environment is often required, along with proficiency in CRM software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Enthusiastic, high-energy, and a passion for child safety.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends to match customer availability.
